My Order
Can I update my order?
If you wish to change your order, please contact me.
For any extra items you'd like adding, I can provide you a code for Free Shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been dispatched, it can be fully refunded. Please email with your order number and I will take care of it.
Product Care & Details
What is the size of each product?
Each listing includes the dimensions specifically for that product.
How are the products made?
All the items are handmade, from start to finish, by me. Each one is made with lots of love and care.
Can I wash my products?
All items are hand wash only, and should then be laid out flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
Something I want is sold out, when will it be back?
Restocks vary as they are dependent on the availability of each fabric.
To keep update with restocks and shop updates make sure to follow my Instagram and sign up to the mailing list.
My item doesn't look exactly like the pictures.
Whilst all attempts have been made to photograph the true colours of the items, colours may vary slightly due to lighting and different computer screens.
As every product is handmade to order, there may also be some minor discrepancies between products.
Returns and Exchanges
I don't like my item, can I return it?
Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns, however I offer a 14 day exchange policy on all items. You will need to send the item back, in its original condition, and choose a replacement of the same value. This is only valid on full price items.
Please email with your order number, with the subject ‘Exchange’ and the reason for the exchange.
Please get proof of postage when sending your exchange.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is £1.99-£2.70 for all the sleeves, cases and bookmarks, and all of these orders are sent 1st Class or Tracked 48 with Royal Mail. You can also choose Tracked 24.
It is £3.39 for blind dates and books, which are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48. You can also upgrade to Tracked 24.
If you order a blind date and a sleeve, it will be sent with Tracked 48 or 24.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once you place your order, it will take 5-7 business days to be fulfilled. (This can be higher during busier periods)
After this it will usually take around 1-2 days with Royal Mail 1st Class shipping, or 203 days with Tracked 48. However it can be up to 10 days during busier periods.
Please note that weekends and bank holidays do not count as business days.
How is my package shipped?
All orders are packaged in tissue paper, and depending on the size they will come in a recyclable small, medium or large mailer. Larger orders will arrive in a box, possibly with a mailer as well, depending on the size.
Blind dates are wrapped in bubble wrap, and sent in either a box or mailer.
Where do you ship to?
Orders through the website are only shipped within the UK, however some other countries can shop through my Esty: Etsy Link
Can I track my order?
If your order is sent first class you will not be able to track it, however you can see when it's been delivered.
If it's send Tracked 48 you will receive tracking updates as it makes it's way though the system.
Blind dates are sent with Tracked 48 or 24, so you will receive tracking information for this.
Once an order has been dispatched, I can only see the same information that you can.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not been dispatched, please email me with your order number, name and new address, and this change can be made for you.
